Because every piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an incorrect item selection. Please take a moment to review our size chart before placing your order.
Defects & Damage: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage, we take full responsibility. Simply contact us at info@kenlawart.com within 4 weeks of receiving your order with a clear photo and description. I'll arrange a free reprint or refund — no need to return the item.
Lost Packages: If your package hasn't arrived, you must submit a claim within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
Invalid Address: If an order is returned to the sender due to an invalid shipping address, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned.
European Union: If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Policy
Art & Dezigns By Law partners with Printful, an international print-on-demand facility. Every product is made to order — which means it's created just for you, and is considered a final sale item.
What We Cover: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Submit a report to info@kenlawart.com within 4 weeks of delivery with a photo. We'll issue a free reprint or a full refund. You won't need to return the item.
What We Don't Cover: We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size, or an incorrect item selection. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering.
Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@kenlawart.com.
European Union: EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase required.
