RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting Ken Law Art. We take great pride in packaging and delivering original physical artwork and digital assets safely to collectors worldwide.

1. Digital Downloads, Sale Items, & Gift Cards:

• Digital Purchases: Due to their immediate digital nature, all sales of downloadable products (such as printable art files, digital coloring pages, and eBooks) are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

• Clearance Sale Items & Gift Cards: Items explicitly marked as final sale or clearance, as well as gift cards, are non-refundable.

1. Original Artwork Returns (Physical Items): We want you to be completely satisfied with your original physical artwork.

• Return Window: If you wish to return an original canvas, canvas board, or paper artwork, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Returned artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition and in the same packaging.

• Return Shipping for Undamaged Artwork: The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees and arrangements.

• Return Address: All physical returns must be shipped to our studio address in Taiwan:

1. Original Artworks Damaged in Transit: 

• Please contact us at info@kenlawart.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos showing the damage to the artwork and packaging. Damaged artwork does not need to be returned if Ken Law agrees.

• Upon confirmation, we will offer either a full refund or a remake — a new original work in a similar spirit (not an exact duplicate copy), subject to mutual agreement.

1. Invalid Shipping Address: If an order is returned to our studio because an invalid or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, we will issue a refund for the product price only once the item is returned. Reshipment fees will apply if you request the package be sent out again.

2. European Union & UK Buyers (Right of Withdrawal): If you reside within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason.

• Physical Goods: Items must be in their original, undamaged condition with original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our Taiwan address.

• Digital Downloads Exception: Under EU and UK consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

1. Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and your refund is approved, or your refund is approved without requiring a return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kenlawart.com.
