Thank you for shopping at KenLawArt.com – Designs By Law. We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers to produce and ship your products. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing Time
All products are made-to-order and typically take 2–7 business days to process before they are shipped. Most orders are processed within 3 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated shipping times are:
- USA: 3–14 business days
- Canada: 5–14 business days
- International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination)
Please note: Shipping times are in addition to order processing time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type. We strive to keep shipping rates affordable and transparent.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed beyond expected delivery times, please first check the tracking link provided.
- If the issue persists, contact us at Info@KenLawArt.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, please allow a few extra days and check with your local carrier before contacting us.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all products are custom-printed just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the problem.
