Refund policy

Designs By Law has partnered with an international Print On Demand (POD) facility. Printful has print houses around the world that print and ship our designs on quality products.

Important Notice: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a "change of mind", an incorrect size, or an incorrect item selection. Because products are made to order and customized for each customer, they are considered final sale items. If this happens, please contact Ken@KenLawArt.com immediately. Under the right circumstances, we can solve the problem. 

As for quality issues such as manufacturing defects, damaged items, or printing errors, we take full responsibility. Customers must submit a problem report within 4 weeks of receiving the product. Please provide a photo of the defects, damages, or printing errors. We provide a free reprint or a refund; you do not need to return the defective item.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

Since products are printed only once an order is placed, returns and exchanges are not supported. If an order is being returned to the sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
