Studio Shipping Policy

I carefully inspect, pack, and ship every artwork directly from my studio in Taiwan to ensure it arrives safely at your home.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Studio Handling Time: 1–3 business days to safely package and prepare your artwork.
• Transit Time: 4–5 business days via express courier once dispatched.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment leaves the studio so you can monitor its progress.
• Note: Holidays and bad weather are not included.

Shipping Rates

• Taiwan (Domestic): Free shipping on all original artwork.
• International (USA, UK, & Select Destinations): Express international shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Tracking is included.

Import Taxes, Customs & VAT (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by your country's customs authority upon arrival.

• Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or local brokerage fees.
• Customs Delays: Import processing times vary by destination and are beyond the studio's control.

Packaging & Damage Prevention

Original paintings are moisture-sealed, protected with corner guards, and wrapped in heavy-duty protective materials before placement in reinforced shipping boxes to guarantee safe transport.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of both the outer box and the artwork immediately and contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery so I can assist you.
